Ownership of work undertaken
Ownership of all work undertaken by WEBSTART shall remain with WEBSTART until
full payment as per invoice has been received. Upon full payment, ownership will
immediately transfer to the client. Prior to receipt of full payment, WEBSTART
reserves the right without prejudice to disable, delete or otherwise cause all
work to be unavailable to the client or any other party.
Certain software applications are supplied on a licensed only basis.
Copyright and ownership of these applications remains with the author at all
times but may be used by the client, upon payment of specific licence fees, in
accordance with separate terms and conditions.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
WEBSTART may at any time revise these
terms and conditions and any revision will accordingly supersede these terms and
conditions. Users will therefore be bound by such revised terms and conditions
